You will coordinate IT purchase requests, support capacity planning, metrics, SLAs, and drive business value. The analyst aids audit readiness and documents processes across IT.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT operations, financial management, or project management.
• Strong proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and business settings.
• Strategic mindset with strong skill to manage change, complexity, and drive for results.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee IT invoice processing including submission and partial processing.
• Understand and analyze the drivers behind IT invoices and expenses.
• Collaborate with finance teams to monitor budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support budget planning, including tracking vendor renewals, cost increases, and contract end dates.
• Produce IT operations reporting for leadership.
• Develop and maintain IT operations analytics.
• Coordinate with ITSM and Deployment Managers to support capacity planning, metrics, SLAs, and business value.
• Understand business and departmental metrics and organizational linkage.
• Process IT purchase requests and manage IT office supply inventory.
• Support special and high-priority projects assigned.
• Participate in IT processes to comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document processes and workflows through written and visual tools and templates.
• Coordinate meetings and events for IT leadership team.
