Job summary

Lakes Country Service Cooperative is seeking a full-time Information Technology Coordinator to plan, configure, and support network infrastructure for the cooperative and its members. The role covers Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, with Linux admin experience preferred, and emphasizes strong customer service and problem-solving in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with regional travel required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT/related field required.
• Minimum of two years in network administration/engineering/infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, ChromeOS; Linux administration preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage member technology and network infrastructure including LANs and WAN, Windows and Linux virtual servers, Windows workstations, Apple workstations, Apple iPads, and Chromebooks.
• Analyze current network architecture and make recommendations for enhancements or redesigns.
• Coordinate network expansion, upgrades, and new site installations in collaboration with cooperative staff and district partners.
• Monitor and maintain network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and servers.
• Implement and maintain backup, failover, and disaster recovery systems.
• Administers the member's business information systems, such as a student information system, learning management system, etc., where applicable.
