Job summary

Porch Light Health is a patient-centered outpatient treatment provider seeking a Network & IT Support Administrator to support clinical and business operations across multiple Colorado locations. The role emphasizes secure, reliable technology and frontline user support within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years IT experience, strong ChromeOS/networking skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across ChromeOS, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace (primary) and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with endpoint deployment and management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting staff across multiple clinic and administrative locations.
• Respond to, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in accordance with established service levels.
• Provide in-person, remote, phone, and virtual support for users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, printing, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
