Job summary

Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero Company, is seeking an IT professional to manage location IT projects and coordinate with contractors while supporting LAN/WLAN, VoIP, data centers, and AV systems.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree in IT or related field and 3–5+ years in technology support, with strong networking knowledge and communication skills. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and growth within a large consumer goods network.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in technology support.
• Thorough knowledge of networking, telecom and wireless systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate IT projects with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects for the location and coordinate contractor activity.
• Serve as primary IT liaison for the facility and coordinate IT activity with plant leadership.
• Maintain and document network/telco/AV/Industrial Controls environments; recommend improvements.
• Advise on new technology or technology enhancements.
• Upgrade hardware/software and deploy new tech under internal controls.
• Provide end-user support for escalated incidents and guide troubleshooting.
