Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business or Engineering, or PMI-PMP certification.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with IT infrastructure projects is desirable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial progress and forecasts and obtain budget changes as needed.
• Create, maintain, and update monthly forecast budgets.
• Plan with Engineering, Specialists, and Design teams to develop and authorize estimates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Define resources and staffing for project teams.
• Communicate schedule changes and obtain approvals per Change Request processes.
• Lead project status meetings and report to stakeholders.
• Interface with Design and Construction resources and track deliverables.
• Manage SAP orders from inception to closure and ensure documentation.
