Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business or Engineering or PMP certification.
Experience in project management, 3 years.

Responsibilities

Manage financial progress and forecasts. Communicate any changes to stakeholders and obtain authorization for budget changes.
Create, maintain, and update monthly forecast budgets.
Plan with Engineering, Specialists, and Design teams to develop Advanced Authorizations, Job Estimates, and Re-Authorizations.
Prepare journal entries or process goods receipts in current software system.
Define resource needs, obtain commitments, and manage staffing requirements for project teams.
Develop and maintain up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plans; monitor milestones.
Communicate scope changes and obtain authorization per Project Change Request Process.
Lead project status meetings and report to stakeholders and management.
