Job summary

Zillion Technologies Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives, including cloud migrations, network modernizations, and data center operations. This long-term direct-client role offers a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Vienna, VA) with compensation of $85–$95 per hour on a W-2 basis.

• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) required.
• Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives including cloud migrations and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Sheppard projects, IT co-workers & clients through IT project life cycle
• Create and follow up on communication plans for each project
• Coordinate with the IT organization and with each impacted plant to identify, prioritize, and manage projects and technology tasks
• Develop, present, and lead project planning efforts including risks/issues, requirements definition, technical design, system documentation, user training, and production delivery while coordinating and communicating with business and technical resources
• Manage the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle insuring appropriate documentation and processes to ensure compliance
• Host and facilitate regular meetings with business and technical resources for status updates, requirements definition, technical design, architectural reviews, demand management, and audit review
• Maintain appropriate status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up with business partners and technical resources
