Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Manager of Information Technology Infrastructure to lead and optimize our technology backbone. You will guide the team responsible for enterprise infrastructure, end-user platforms, and cloud-enabled modernization aligned with business needs.

The role includes hiring, coaching, and resource deployment across the systems group, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable operations to support associates and partners.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or experience equivalency with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with large-scale information systems, storage and server components in virtualized environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server products (OS, SQL, Exchange, Active Directory).
• Strong understanding of network concepts (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, DNS, routing, switching).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and storage (SAN/NAS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure team and oversee staff performance.
• Plan and manage projects with budgets and timelines spanning 1-2 years.
• Collaborate with Architecture team on design and implementation of solutions.
• Ensure daily system monitoring and high availability of infrastructure and end-user tools.
