Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering or related technology disciplines.
• 3+ years leading complex technical or cross-team initiatives in a large IT environment.
• Solid grasp of Azure, M365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune), identity (Entra ID), networking, virtualization, and unified communications.

Responsibilities

• Connect infrastructure technologies and teams to operate as a cohesive, business-aligned ecosystem.
• Lead cross-team architecture discussions to align on tradeoffs, dependencies, and direction.
• Translate multi-platform architecture into roadmaps and leadership-ready presentations.
• Integrate cloud, SaaS, and on-premises infrastructure into a coherent architecture.
• Align Teams, AV/conference room, and endpoint architectures for smooth meeting experiences.
• Partner with PMs and BAs early to shape infrastructure options and requirements.
• Support AI initiatives by designing infrastructure to enable AI workloads.
