Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Tier 1 IT Helpdesk experience.
• 2-3 years of Service Administration experience.
• 2-3 years of IT Troubleshooting experience.
• Associate's Degree (IT Related).

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and monitor all requests.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve issues in Remedy system.
• Install and maintain software and troubleshoot hardware/workstations.
• Answer calls and emails following response standards.
• Maintain metrics like SLA, After Call Work, Adherence to Schedule.
