Responsibilities

• Optimize technician schedules and routes balancing skills and availability.
• Assign, schedule, and dispatch IT field technicians based on requirements and location.
• Monitor service queues, prioritize urgent issues, and update tickets and service status.
• Maintain documentation including work orders, scopes of work, site instructions, and updates.
