Job summary

Astreya is looking for a Business Analyst to analyze and propose system solutions for Billing Modernization, with emphasis on Oracle CC&B and related processes. You will work with business clients and vendor teams to translate requirements into detailed specs and guide solution delivery.

The role involves onsite collaboration in Oakland, CA, with some travel to Stockton or San Ramon for workshops. Local candidates preferred with relocation/travel flexibility considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years CC&B or similar Oracle platform experience.
• Experience in business analysis and complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project functionality.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for vendors and clients.
• Provide expert IT consulting to identify and satisfy business needs.
• Create and review design and technical specification documents.
