Job summary

Genworth is offering an IT Development Program Intern – Summer 2027 in Richmond, VA with a 10-12 week internship designed to provide hands-on experience in core IT disciplines. The role is hybrid, with potential for a full-time IT position after graduation.

You'll work with IT leaders across Application Development, Web Development, Data Science, and more, building networks, attending on-site classes, and delivering project outcomes while demonstrating leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Systems, Electrical), Computer/Management Information Systems, or Math.
• Academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Working in a fast-paced, innovative, and change-oriented work environment.
