MX Holdings is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst for the Trading Division in St. Louis, MO. You will align commodity trading goals with ERP/CTRM IT systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation across platforms.

The role requires 5–7 years in a similar field within commodity trading, finance, or sales, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree and Agile experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to supply chain management, IT, or business.
• 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar in commodity trading, finance, or sales.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 or Business Central.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage data integration.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and identify IT solutions to improve processes.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of IT system implementations and upgrades.
• Support system integration and end‑to‑end process automation across platforms.
• Document detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with IT standards.
• Conduct testing and ensure quality before deployment.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for new systems.
• Assist with vendor management and procurement in project phases.
• Ensure security and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
