Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or at least two years of IT business analysis experience.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, developing process flows, analyzing business systems, and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
• Experience supporting software testing, UAT, solution validation, and implementation activities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex IT initiatives, translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, data, and system functionality to identify inefficiencies and develop improvements.
• Develop and coordinate testing strategies, UAT, defect resolution, and solution validation while supporting implementation and change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve priorities and improve BA standards.
