Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Business Analyst II in Topeka, KS. This hybrid role combines onsite and remote work to support IT initiatives.

You will lead requirements discovery and translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, while coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams. You will document artifacts in JIRA and support PM activities across multiple small projects, including testing coordination and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BA/IT or related field or 2+ years as IT BA with progression.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear specs and process flows.
• Experience coordinating multiple small projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability.
• Translate requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and test criteria.
• Use JIRA to document and track artifacts and work with tech teams.
• Support PM processes and manage timelines and scope for multiple small projects.
• Coordinate testing activities, UAT, and implementation/transition efforts.
