Job summary

RSC Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and propose solutions to support strategic objectives and operational improvements.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, mapping processes, translating needs into specs, and supporting testing and deployment. Strong communication and Agile knowledge are essential, with certification a plus; experience with credit product desks is a bonus.

Qualifications

Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with Excel, Visio, JIRA, Tableau; strong communication.
Certification is a plus; experience supporting credit products preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancements.
Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
