Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to work with IT and internal audit teams, delivering risk-based audit findings and remediation plans. The role involves scoping audits, testing design and operating effectiveness, and reporting outcomes to senior management.

The position is hybrid, based in Irving, TX, with up to 20% travel. A strong IT/audit background, CISA, and collaboration skills are essential to drive control improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/IS or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years of IT or cybersecurity related work experience.
• Hold a current CISA or be prepared to pass the CISA exam within the first year.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment with strong follow up and follow through.
• Familiarity with Teammate+, RSA Archer and Power Bi.

Responsibilities

• Scope audits from initiation to reporting and remediation of findings.
• Deliver insightful audit reports and drive remediation of identified issues.
• Act as liaison between IT and Internal Audit to ensure alignment.
• Document audit work products in TeamMate+ for transparency and traceability.
• Travel up to 20% to network with senior management and discuss IT strategy.
