Ralliant is seeking an IT Audit/IT SOX Manager to oversee high-quality, risk-based IT audits and manage the IT SOX program across the enterprise. You will lead audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting while driving internal controls improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in IT Audit/SOX, strong communication, familiarity with COBIT/NIST/ISO/SANS/ITIL, and up to 20% travel. Hybrid work in Raleigh, NC. AI in audits experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Audit and SOX compliance experience with a public accounting firm or publicly traded company.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Possess executive presence and excellent communication skills needed to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with COBIT, NIST, ISO, SANS, ITIL.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee risk-based IT audit plans and IT SOX program.
• Lead IT audits: plan, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Manage annual IT SOX testing including IT general and application controls.
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate IT audit and SOX activities.
• Help define governance for AI use in Internal Audit.
• Support IT control design for new in-scope systems.
• Provide consultative support to improve IT controls and mitigate risk.
• Deliver audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships with IT teams and senior management.
