Job summary
Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks an experienced Software & Applications Manager to lead development, integration, and support of enterprise applications in a manufacturing setting. You will manage software developers, analysts, and product owners to deliver solutions that boost efficiency and user experience.
You will partner with IT, OT, business stakeholders, and data-science teams to map requirements to technology, drive roadmaps, and promote continuous improvement while ensuring secure,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, software engineering, CS, or equivalent.
- 7–15 years in software development or enterprise applications.
- 3+ years leading teams of five or more.
- Experience with .NET and JavaScript.
- Experience managing ERP applications, JD Edwards preferred.
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Experience with secure software development practices.
- Collaboration with data science on analytics and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software professionals and analysts.
- Oversee ERP, custom software, and enterprise applications support.
- Develop roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and align with value.
- Guide architecture, modernization, and system integration.
- Collaborate with OT, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Direct Agile delivery, budgets, risks, and schedules.
- Ensure secure SDLC practices and compliance.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
