Job summary

The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA) is seeking a dedicated developer/administrator to join a five-person application development team. You will design, code, test, and implement solutions, supporting the agency’s primary business system and its reports.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with ASP.Net, C#.Net, JavaScript, Salesforce, and MS SQL; knowledge of DocuSign CLM and MuleSoft is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher in CS/Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; relevant work experience may substitute, year for year.
Three (3) years of experience programming in ASP.Net, C#.Net, VBScript, and JavaScript.
Three (3) years of experience in MS SQL using Visual Studio and MS SQL Tools.
One (1) year of experience in Salesforce as a developer or system administrator.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, code, test, and implement applications; knowledge of the agency's primary application, database structure, and business practices to answer questions and support reports.
Backup Database Administrator (DBA) - assist DBA for test and production environments; maintain MS SQL scripts and user security.
Create and maintain reports and queries using SOQL, Salesforce Report Writer, Apex scripting, and MS SQL.
