Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions seeks an IT Administrator for Cloud/Network/Identity in Hillside, IL. This build-from-scratch role stands up the systems, processes, and day-to-day operations that keep the business running, not inheriting a mature environment.

As HQ IT Administrator, you are the first line of IT and cybersecurity support for the Hillside office and own the full stack: endpoints, identity, M365, cloud, network and security operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT administration, with hands-on ownership of end-user and infrastructure issues.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, and Intune experience.
• Active Directory and Windows Server administration expertise.
• Solid endpoint, networking, and security fundamentals; cloud familiarity with Azure/AWS.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk and end-user support via Freshservice, triage to resolution.
• Onboard/offboard users; manage provisioning, access, hardware, and deprovisioning.
• Administer M365 and Entra ID; manage endpoints with Intune.
• Support cloud and network infrastructure across Azure and AWS; manage on-site network.
• Develop automation and document runbooks; improve processes as the function stands up.
