You will handle daily vouchers, journal entries, and reconciliations across GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, controls, and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Proficient with ERP systems, Syteline a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and asset accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Post daily vouchers and ensure accurate GL coding.
• Journal entry preparation.
• Reconcile AP, AR and related sub-ledgers.
• Maintain PPE and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting support.
