Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Corporate IT Accountant II to maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, record accruals, and support tax compliance. This hybrid role supports daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 4+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Syteline ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Proficient with ERP systems (Syteline experience is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Post daily vouchers and ensure accurate GL coding.
• Prepare journal entries and support monthly close.
• Assist with ad hoc financial reporting and reconciliations for internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile AP/Voucher activity between local ERP and CWPay.
• Process copier lease invoices and review cost centers.
• Perform monthly PPE reconciliation and asset tracking.
