HonorVet Technologies in Dallas seeks a mid-level patent litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of patent litigator experience, handling matters for accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, ITC, and USPTO PTAB proceedings. Dallas is preferred, but other offices may be considered.

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required. USPTO registration is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm.
• Experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, ITC, and USPTO PTAB.
• USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
• Strong litigation skills in intellectual property matters.
• Bar admission in Texas or preferred jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Litigate patent cases and manage client matters in IP litigation.
• Represent clients before district courts, ITC, and USPTO PTAB as needed.
• Collaborate with IP practice group to develop case strategy.
