Talnt in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join our growing legal team on a hybrid, full-time basis. The role focuses on trademark, copyright, trade secrets, licensing, and IP strategy across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IP law experience, JD, and active Arizona Bar status (or eligibility). Patent experience is a plus but not required; the attorney will work with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and business

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar, or eligibility for admission.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on IP strategy, portfolio development, and risk management.
• Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and international trademark applications.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP licensing and other agreements.
• Counsel on copyright registration, licensing, and brand protection.
• Advise on trade secret protection and commercialization strategies.
• Handle trademark opposition, cancellation, and dispute resolution before USPTO and other tribunals.
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and financing.
