Job summary

PERA is seeking an Investment Applications Support Analyst in Denver to resolve data, workflow, and operational issues across public and private markets investment systems. You will help end users document and develop business requirements for these systems and support dashboards and reports for investment analysis.

The role requires experience with investment instruments, BI tools like Power BI, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or closely related field.
• Broad knowledge of public and private market investment instruments and familiarity with investment-related software (BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, LongView).
• Experience creating documentation such as business requirements, process diagrams, and test cases.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participates in production support rotation for day-to-day issues within investment systems.
• Validates data integrity and identifies solutions for exceptions in data warehouses and order management systems.
• Serves as a Data Steward to ensure data accuracy within investment systems.
• Documents business processes and translates needs into detailed, functional requirements.
• Liaises between business users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
