Job summary

Accion Impact Management (AIM) seeks an Investment Fund Operations Manager to own AIM's fund operations, ensuring governance, reporting, and compliance across the organization. The role is based in Washington, D.C.

with a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement. Responsibilities include producing investor reports, coordinating committee meetings, leading fundraising operations, and supporting SEC filings and audit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience with supervisory or team-lead responsibility.
• Experience with investment management firms or SEC-regulated funds and investor reporting cycles.
• Knowledge of fund operations, reporting systems, and tools relevant to scale.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish desired.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor reports, portfolio updates, and investor information responses.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual LP and LP Advisory Committee meetings.
• Serve as governance lead for AIM meetings, set agendas, manage materials, track deadlines.
• Lead fundraising operations: data room management, due diligence responses, close logistics.
• Oversee reporting processes and deliverables across the fund.
• Design and oversee investment management systems, policies, and procedures.
