Job summary

Accion Impact Management LLC in Washington, DC, is seeking an Investment Fund Operations Manager to lead AIM's fund operations, systems, processes, and reporting to support a high-performing team in inclusive finance. • Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of investor reports, portfolio updates, and responses to information requests.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual LP and LP Advisory Committee meetings.
• Serve as governance lead for AIM meetings and manage materials and action items.
• Lead fundraising operations workstream including data room build-out and due diligence.
• Oversee reporting processes and deliverables.
