Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking an Inventory Planner to analyze data, forecast demand, and manage PO activity across assigned product categories. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Category Management, and Operations to optimize stock levels and reduce excess.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 0-2 years of experience
• MS/MA in a related field; 0-1 year of experience
• Certification may be required in some areas

Responsibilities

• Executes inventory and replenishment strategies balancing availability and working capital.
• Analyzes demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, promotions and seasonality.
• Maintains purchasing parameters to support automated replenishment.
• Monitors in-stock rates and inventory turns, communicating trends and variances.
• Supports cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Category Management and Operations.
