Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Inventory Planner to drive optimization across a complex global supply chain. The role focuses on balancing inventory investment with supply availability, revenue commitments, and working capital objectives using advanced analytics and MEIO.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with Finance, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to develop strategies, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Typically 6–10 years in inventory planning or related fields.
Experience with global manufacturing and complex supply networks.
Strong analytical and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute inventory plans across finished goods, components, raw materials, and buffers.
Own safety stock policies and buffer optimization using MEIO.
Analyze demand variability, lead times, and replenishment strategies.
Monitor inventory metrics and identify risks to targets.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing.
