Qualifications

• Experience with global manufacturing and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory plans across finished goods, components, raw materials, and buffers.
• Own inventory target recommendations, safety stock policies and MEIO-based buffers.
• Analyze demand variability, supply constraints, lead times, and replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to improve working capital.
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.
