Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• ERP experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support business and customer requirements.
• Plan and monitor inventory levels for warehouse and customer consignment to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory investment.
• Analyze inventory performance, including Inventory $, DIOH, Scrap, inventory aging, and excess inventory.
• Lead the Puerto Rico S&OP process, coordinating cross-functional collaboration to align demand, supply, inventory, and business priorities.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and recommend corrective actions based on business impact.
• Prepare and present inventory, demand, and supply performance metrics for business reviews.
• Coordinate inventory transfers, balancing, liquidation, and optimization initiatives.
• Identify inventory risks and communicate mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support inventory planning and decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and improve performance.
