Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory planning/forecasting in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ERP system experience required.
• Experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred.
• Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem solving.
• Attention to detail and service oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong communication with front office staff and warehouse staff.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Must work well independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are received into the correct warehouse or supplier location.
• Monitor AP Invoice Exceptions dashboard for invoices without receipts.
• Allocate and release materials for customer shipments.
• Create pack slips and attach necessary documents to ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor Release Schedule dashboard to manage incoming POs and outgoing SOs.
• Monitor and ensure information from 3PLs and/or suppliers is provided accurately and timely.
• Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Monitor the flow of paperwork from shipping or receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
• Communicate with all departments to accomplish the shipping and receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner.
