Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an Allocation Analyst to optimize store allocations across Distribution Centers, coordinating with Brand Partners and DC teams to align inventory with demand and supply plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field in statistics, mathematics or related business preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience with supply chain processes and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and execute planned allocations for Distribution Centers.
• Review upcoming allocations and build Daily Plans to meet facility needs.
• Maintain reporting of Released Allocations by DC.
• Maintain reporting of Allocations without sufficient inventory by DC.
• Support ad hoc allocation requests with business partners and DC sign-off.
• Ensure timely execution of seasonal allocations and track progress.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners to understand allocation variance and root causes.
• Analyze system exceptions with IT to resolve issues.
• Monitor on-hand inventory at DCs for planned allocations.
