Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage store allocations and inventory flow across Distribution Centers. You will monitor inventory, review upcoming allocations, and build daily plans that meet facility needs while collaborating with Brand Partners to explain variances.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely execution of planned allocations for DCs.
• Review planned allocations for DCs and build daily plans meeting facility needs.
• Maintain reporting and tracking of released allocations by DC.
• Maintain reporting and tracking of allocations not supported by inventory by DC.
• Support ad hoc allocation requests with partners and DC sign-off.
• Ensure timely execution of seasonal allocations and track progress.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners to explain allocation variances and root causes.
• Analyze system exceptions for root causes with IT support.
• Monitor on-hand inventory for planned allocations at DCs.
