Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Center for Clinical Investigation (CCI) Intern role provides supplemental administrative support across operational, educational, and financial activities. You will work with the Administrative Director and CCI Managers, helping with data reporting, scheduling, meetings, and materials.

The position offers hybrid work at 221 Longwood Avenue, with a focus on developing research administration and business processes within the CCI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be reliable, punctual and have strong time management.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document and data management for the Protocol Approval Process.
• Assist with data collection and analysis for census and resource usage.
• Serve as a project assistant and support front desk activities.
• Assist with invoices, journal entries, and purchase orders.
• Develop educational materials and assist with events and marketing content.
