Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Manager, Internal Control to lead testing and evaluations across the Americas, with a focus on Sourcing and Finance processes, to ensure reliable financial reporting and compliance with local regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA/CIA/CISA) strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in internal controlling or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead control testing for scope area with timely stakeholder alignment.
• Perform control evaluations and document results per guidelines.
• Occasionally travel for on-site testing across locations (10–15%).
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Contribute to management reporting and senior stakeholder communications.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives using analytics and automation.
