Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support NORAM month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis. This role partners with corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and the Mexico Service Delivery Center to deliver accurate financial support and drive improvements.

Based in White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO, with hybrid work. You will work on journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring controls and timely close, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience required.
• IFRS knowledge preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Provide analysis to enable informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Finance, and Service Delivery Center.
• Develop processes for continuous improvement in accounting.
• Support internal controls and external audits.
• Prepare KPI reporting for management.
• Assist with system implementations and handoff docs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
