The ideal candidate will hold a business degree and have 2+ years in bank compliance auditing or management, with CIA/CRCM/CAMS certifications considered a plus. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 2+ years of compliance audit or compliance management experience with a bank or financial institution.
• Note: Securities Trading, Wealth Management, or Non-Consumer Banking related compliance experience is not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Audit Oversight: maintain knowledge of banking laws and regulations and consult with audits.
• Audit Execution: plan, perform testing, analyze results, and escalate findings.
• Wrap-up: report results with clear root causes and resolutions.
• Risk Assessment: assist in updating audit universe assessments.
• Compliance: adhere to BSA/AML program and internal controls.
• Professionalism: maintain professional relationships and pursue development.
