Job summary

Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana offers a hybrid internship focused on compliance training and technology. You will design and develop training content, maintain LMS content and job aids, and support daily LMS operations, including SharePoint and reporting tasks.

The role requires current students in related fields, strong Microsoft 365 and LMS familiarity, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Instructional Design, IT, Education, etc.).
• Savvy with technology and able to apply tech to training processes.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development and production of training content and curriculum.
• Maintain job-aids and how-to guides for LMS applications.
• Provide daily support and ongoing operations of the Learning Management System and related tech.
• Address system or user issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain content within SharePoint, LMS and repositories by uploading modules and courses.
• Assist with audit requests by providing relevant evidence in a timely manner.
• Prepare, deliver and manage reports for content owners as requested.
