Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of interior design experience.
• LEED AP preferred.
• Understanding of space planning concepts and basic building code concepts.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of interior design services, including generating concepts and presenting designs.
• Compile construction documents and deliver the design through documentation and detailing.
• Prepare, develop, and edit specifications.
• Select FF&E materials.
• Coordinate with consultants or subcontractors.
• Work to project budgets and schedules for interior design components.
