Ideal candidates have a design degree or certification, 2+ years of interior design or coordination experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp. Collaboration with contractors and clients is essential.

Qualifications

Requires degree or certification in Interior Design or related field.
2+ years in interior design and/or project coordination.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and material selections for projects.
Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budgets.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to align design intent with construction execution.
Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design standards are met.
Manage project documentation, purchase orders, and change orders.
