Job summary

You'll develop concepts, source materials, communicate with clients, and coordinate with contractors and vendors from concept through completion, ensuring design intent is realized and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of interior design and/or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and material selections for residential and/or commercial projects
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budgets
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to align design intent with construction execution
• Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design standards are met
• Manage project documentation, purchase orders, and change orders
