The ideal candidate brings senior finance leadership experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record in multi-entity environments, with the ability to influence while executing hands-on.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Controller, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP implementation experience.
• Experience operating in a multi-entity, multinational organization and matrixed reporting structures.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration with domestic and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance leader for the U.S. business, partnering with domestic and international leadership.
• Act as the primary finance lead and internal SME for a major ERP implementation.
• Drive post-go-live stabilization, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Manage and enhance KPI reporting, forecasting, management reporting, and FP&A processes.
• Lead and support the accounting team.
• Partner with leadership to improve business processes, strengthen controls, and support key initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management with financial insights for decisions.
