The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) seeks an Intensive Community Based Services Coordinator (Program Analyst 3) in Salem. This role oversees the Intensive In-home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) program, coordinating partners across hospitals, crisis centers, and providers to deliver statewide, high-quality care.

Emphasis on equity and trauma-informed practices. Minimum qualifications include a behavioral or social sciences degree and several years of program coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences or related field.
• Four years’ experience coordinating or administering a program OR equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and advance community-based behavioral health services statewide.
• Guide program improvements, policy direction, and evaluation for IIBHT implementation.
• Collaborate with hospitals, crisis centers, providers, and cross-agency partners to ensure high-quality care.
