Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support, client care, call center, insurance support, or a related service role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with insurance policy questions, account updates, documentation, and general service needs.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
• Gather required information, process documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
• Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service tasks and account-related requests.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members to help resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented insurance environment.
