Fwainvest is seeking a Hybrid Wholesaler in Troy, Michigan to support the One Insurance Solution platform by engaging with financial advisors and managing territory sales. The role requires strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships both virtually and in-person, with an emphasis on driving insurance sales.

Ideal candidates will have a background in financial services, an understanding of insurance products, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This is a hybrid role with travel requirements up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3–6+ years of experience in financial services or insurance sales.
• Prior experience in internal wholesaling or advisor-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Consultants to develop territory-level sales strategies.
• Engage financial advisors via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Deliver tailored product positioning and sales ideas.
