The Shirl Crowe Agency in Michigan seeks an energetic Insurance Sales Representative to build relationships, present policy options, and close new business. A hybrid or remote option is available for highly qualified Michigan-licensed candidates.

You will be provided with leads, training, and a supportive team environment focused on growth and exceptional income potential through commissions.

Formación

• Property & Casualty License preferred, but will consider exceptional non-licensed candidates with proven sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and as a team.
• Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and goals.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed established new business production goals.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
