Howden US is seeking a dynamic Producer to drive growth by building a personal sales plan, prospecting strategically, and delivering client-focused risk assessments and proposals.

You will collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing to deliver seamless service from proposal to renewal while maintaining strong client relationships year-round. Hybrid work options and continuous learning are supported.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives.
• Prospect strategically to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, uncovering exposures and recommending solutions.
• Develop and deliver high-quality proposals reflecting consultative approach.
• Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing to ensure seamless service from proposal to renewal.
• Stay connected with clients year-round, providing proactive advice and positioning yourself as their trusted risk advocate.
• Partner with carriers to negotiate and place coverage tailored to complex client needs.
• Contribute to Howden’s presence in the community through networking and thought leadership.
• Keep accurate records in CRM and reporting systems, using data to prioritize and plan.
• Continuously grow your expertise by keeping up with emerging risks and market developments.
